Dr. Hillary Seger brings deep compassion, insight, and clinical expertise to her work at Manifest Health. Known by her patients as an exceptional listener—empathetic, thoughtful, and intelligent—she offers a uniquely holistic approach to women’s health, drawing from both her conventional medical training and her specialized background in integrative care.
Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Seger practices wholistic women’s health across all stages of life. She is passionate about supporting patients through hormonal transitions, optimizing long-term health, and treating complex, chronic conditions. In addition to her core work in women’s health, Dr. Seger is certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy through Naropa University, adding a trauma-informed, mind-body perspective to her care—especially meaningful for patients navigating emotional or physiological challenges.
Originally from Colorado, Dr. Seger was raised in rural Alaska. She completed her undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis and earned both her MD and MPH from the University of Washington in Seattle. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Utah before returning to Alaska to practice and start a family. After several years in rural medicine—including in Oregon and Alaska—she and her family returned to Colorado to be closer to extended family and embrace the mountain lifestyle.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Seger finds joy skiing, biking, and camping with her husband and three children.
